Why is there always 315/315 donators

So recently what I can see is this:99% of the weekend games are 100% full by donators
that is not really nice for us that are unable to afford ourselves a rank
so could you please do something about that?
Like:
game has 315 slots and have 200 reserved donator slots
so if ur not fast enough u cant be pre wled

Even when I was a non-donor I found this to only happen once a day max donors usually cap around 230 depending on the time. At most busy times of the day there are 2 or 3 games going at one time. If you join at the exact second you should get in to one of the games.
