Ban Appeal Broke?

Hi. This is my alt account. I am currently banned on my main, and literally cannot post an appeal. I go to the place where it says, if you have not done so, appeal here. I then type it all out of why I should be unbanned and things, but I can't post it. My only option is to create new appeal, which sends me to the same exact page except my typing is disappeared.
