I have nothing against TooShady, but I want to bring up some (in my opinion) clear bias from sluttycow.Check out these two appeals from me and TooShady - months apart but effectively the same punishment and similar appeals.

I understand why I was forced to wait out my mute. My question is why wasn't Shady? Is there any other reason other than the fact he has a rank on the server?

Having a rank does not give you any more breaks on punishments. It doesn't matter what rank you are, you're still getting punished. The rules are the rules

Precisely. So why was he unmuted less than a day after his month punishment? The mute was perfectly valid.

He is giving him one final chance to clean up his behavior. If he gets one more mute in the near future, he gets a permanent mute that will not be shortened more than 1 month.Posted on 30 September 2015 - 10:44 AM
I agree that I came off as bias.He has 19 mutes over the course of eight months. Entranced has over 30 over six months

Yeah that helps me understand a bit. Entranced is 7 months and has had 9 of those mutes after your mute, though.

Any of those mutes should've lfet you perma muted. The fact that you're unmuted right now already baffles me. TooShady is receiving his first and only warning, and Ill make sure to monitor it far better then I did with your mute

You also have a ban for xray but it was only 2 weeks when it should have been a month like most other people. Want me to make you serve the last 2 weeks of that punishment? You should also be perma muted, want me to fix that too?Don't call bias, we aren't robots. People sometimes gets easier punishments due to mod digression. If you want I can make it a punishment track, but in the end over 50% of the network will be perma muted

I handed myself in for xray - I was never caught. In real life terms i think this generally reduces the punishment? Also I was perma muted but got unmuted after 2 months.
I simply brought up these two cases because the appeals were remarkably similar but given different decisions .
Also your name does have Bot in it (;
