I have no idea what happened to your guys ncp the knockback is all messed up its not really pvp it does not take skill anymore u just go in without rod season 9 was the best ncp now season 10 has weird ncp please fix this it really sucks to pvp with the weirdest hits and hit detectionPosted on 01 October 2015 - 02:50 PM
Badlion doesn't use NCP.NCP = NoCheatPlus

NoCheatPlus is a PUBLIC anti-cheat plugin that you can download on Bukkit.
As a result of it being available to the public, it is basically next to nothing in having an effect on catching/banning cheaters, which is why it would not work here on Badlion.(Which is also why we don't use it, and have our own custom anticheat instead)
NoCheatPlus is an anticheat that does end up messing with server's hit detection BUT BADLION DOES NOT USE NCP, Badlion runs a custom anticheat called GCheat. IIRC, GCheat does not have anything to do with the servers hit detection. I have noticed Absolutely no difference in the hit detection from when we switched from Season 9 over to Season 10.
This plugin would most definitely NOT work on Badlion, which is why we have a custom anticheat that doesn't affect your hits
