My opinion mcsg could make a comeback but none of the staff including chad could give 2 shits about their community. I think that badlion should prioritize Survival games more then UHC.

MCSG was one of the best servers 2 years ago, but it's dying out to servers like badlion and kohi (kohi had 2500 players on today, and mcsg had 1700)
I remember when Badlion was just a niche server the elite of mcsg knew about to warm up/practice, but it's grown into a lot more. Also; MCSG is extremely shit now.
The staff are absolutely trash, anyone who still plays there defends them to the core (but everyone else has moved on), hackers every game (no im not kidding. 8 block forcefielders getting away with it. This kid Pyr Ghost Cliented [probably fucking flare or some shit] to 1100 wins.) 66 out of the top 200 use some sort of client and they haven't been banned yet. Most of the top boosts as well.

It's really sad tbh. I started out on MCSG back in 2012, and it was my favorite server for years. I loved it, and it's where I learned to PvP.
I had to leave for exactly the same reasons outlined above, and I only go on there to record when I really have to. It just feels bad to see a server that was so great for so long fall that far.

The reason why people are quitting is because there isn't a lot of fun in it. If even the owner of Badlion SG said it was dead it wont give encouragement to new people. I think maybe giving it a shot with a new update would be a better resolution to see if it is "dead". With MCSG having useless mods and hackers more players will come to SG we just have to keep them by not telling them the sg servers are dead. I think also adding a little competitive part of it would help SG tremendously.Please no one take it the wrong way that I am talking bad about MasterGBerry I respect his ideas just gave a voice to a new idea.

SG 2.0 is coming soon so hopefully that will get some new people to play
