Problems with connecting to the UHC match

Hey, yesterday I wanted to play an UHC match with my brother but he couldn't connect. I could and I'm no donator and I'm not on the whitelist.Can somebody help me? I'd like to play today in the afternoon with my brother again and hope somebody knows why he couldn't connect.

The Lobby wasn't full he tried to join just a few seconds after me, but he couldn't. Then he tried it some more times but there was no way
