Individual account bans vs the IP ban itself are handled differently.I will be reworking this system into the appeal system soon anwyays due to ongoing complaints of how IP Bans are handled currently.

I'm pretty sure SuchSpeed was IP banned considering Archy's reply: "You have been IP banned"

He's saying that the individual accounts that are banned under that IP ban are handled differently .
