poison pots in vanilla

https://www.badlion.net/match/kitpvp/2688945can someone clear this up or at least help me? i was doing vanilla and all of a sudden this guy throws poison pots at me. he did it 2 matches in a row and i lost because of it. (2 times). I don't even poison pots, did he glitch them?

You can edit your kit in vanilla to get poison potions.or did you mean someone else was there when they shouldn't have been there throwing poison?
