Appeal Bot Glitch

Hey, this is Bubblez01 (I'm on an alt because my main is banned, and unable to make forum threads) i was banned earlier today for GCHeat Hacked client. I was hacking, however when i appealed, the bot gave me a 6 months ban, due to my recent ban, which turned out to be false. it counted that as a ban, and gave me a 6 month instead of a 1 month ban. I really hope this can be fixed, as i know I made a mistake by hacking, but am keen to return to the server, hack free.Posted on 08 October 2015 - 08:03 PM

You were banned from May 18th to June 21st for Gcheat Hacked client and in your appeal you admitted to hacking, so this is probably the reason you got a 6 month ban instead of a 1 month.Posted on 08 October 2015 - 11:53 PM
no, I've been banned once before (for actually reason) and 1 other ban which was false. when appealing for this ban, it is my 2nd LEGITIMATE ban, the bot that replied to my appeal, treated this as my third ban, giving me a 6 month ban INSTEAD of a 1 monthPosted on 09 October 2015 - 12:19 AM

Your story/excuse changed from the first to the second appeal.
tl;dr Your ban time will not be shortened. In fact, after judgment and you're not permanently banned, I will do it myself.
