Help about Judgement day

Hey Everyone.im a little confused about Judgement Day V5.
This will be my first Judgement Day that i will be able to experience and what ive heard is that it's at 5 am my time (im Australian)
What im confused about is how you "watch it" alot of people are saying they're watching the Judgement Day but i dont understand how :p
Any answers are appreciated.
