Have a staff Rank for Banning hackers
The idea is simple, basicilly having a staff rank for watching and monitoring fights. I believe there has been an increase in hackers reasontly and I think its important for a kit server to have as little cheaters as possible. It frustrates me when certain people constantly tell everyone how good they are and make out to be some god at pvp yet infact they hack and I see this all the time, a good example of this would be TurtlePlow who constantly told people he was amazing at pvp just to up his rep. Obviously aimbot wouldn't need to be recorded as its clearly noticeable but speed hacks and force field are less noticeable so would need to be recorded for confirmation. I'd easily put it at 40% of the server currently use some sort of cheat for there advantage better sprints is actually unnoticeable.

Hackers ruin your fun.

Not reporting hackers means we can't catch them.

That means you're ruining your fun.

It takes all of a minute to write up a hacker report.

The staff is ~15 people. There are hundreds of players. If you have any understanding of how managing something works, you'll know it's impossible to monitor every single one of the people online (upwards of a hundred) with the available mods at any given time. Some mods are usually busy with others things, i.e. Nick and Garry's Mod. If you find a hacker or suspect someone of using illicit means to gain an advantage, post it on the forums. Someone will see it.

Also, being part of the community means you should be willing to help and contribute to said community. The staff and community work together to make a fun environment for everyone. This includes working together to spot and destroy cheaters.

Staff aren't paid either. We help out for free and we have real lives too, so I'm sorry but you can't expect every hacker you see to immediately get banned.

I'm gonna be quite blatant here but some of the staff are really quite lazy.
