What's up with the elo? When ever I battle a kid that has 1300 elo or below I only get around 1-4 maybe 6 if im lucky. People with elo higher than me I get 20+ but if a 1000 elo kid is hacking and beats me my elo drops from like 1700 to like 1630 it's annoying honestly. I always get about 1698 and then suddenly drop. Like I noticed that with my sister. When I go agaisn't her (She's really bad :P so I don't know if this makes a diffrence) I only get like 1. and if she beats me she gets like 40+ its insane like wot?!?!!?1?Posted on 13 October 2015 - 10:06 PM
If the opponent's ELO is lower than yours: A win for them = Your ELO getting "drained" because you lost to a lower ELO player. A lose for them = You getting a small increase because you have higher ELO.If the opponent's ELO is higher than yours: A win for them = Your ELO barely dropping because they have higher ELO. A lose for them = Your ELO going up tremendously because of you having lower ELO.
Basically like that.

you are expected to be better than players that are less elo than you, especially so for those 200-300 below you, and more. If you cannot get high elo, you simply are not good enough. People have gotten over 2500 elo, if you cant hit 1700, thats your problemPosted on 14 October 2015 - 04:42 PM

Somewhere there was a thread saying we use an exact elo system, which means if you fight someone with the same elo as you, it's +16,-16.
