So I was wondering how 1.8 and 1.7 compare. Is 1.8 that bad? I used to use 1.7, but since alot of other servers are switching to 1.8, I finally switched too. So I know block-hitting is screwed up in 1.8, but besides that, is there anything else that makes 1.7 better? Is 1.8 better in any way?Posted on 15 October 2015 - 02:23 PM

1.8 is better for bow imo, because unless you get like 200 ping then you don't get much bow delay.
