Well IMO yes. The easy fix is that armor should become unbreakable on MCSG, and fishing rods should be breakable on the other hand

@Morsinius enforcing a rule would be tough. Enforcing it in the code would be easy though. How about:
1) In MCSG: Fishing rods break quicker;yet armor is unbreakable
2) In Kohi/Vanilla: Bows break quicker (so that you can't use them for 10 minutes straight)
Just these two things would fix the problem in it's entirety without any more work (and confusion on how to act) for the mods.

I think that bows should be completely removed in Vanill, Kohi and NoDebuff. Pot is for melee, not archery.
