I was enjoying my time playing BuildUHC when i wanted to say GG a message popped up saying "Cannot send chat messages" …. i checked my chat and it did not say anything about me bieng muted so i was really confused < is there anyway we can fix this ??!

Go into
Options > Multiplayer Settings
And make sure "Chat" is set to "Shown" as above.
