So I made an experiment where I continuously ping eu.badlion.net and see how the ping changes.
When I'm at spawn, it's a stable 90 ms.
Whenever I go to a fight, it might go to 200, even to 500ms at times.
So in a match, first my ping is ~90 ms. Then it goes to around 200, then 500, then back to 90ms. And again jumps like that until the match is over.
When I'm back to spawn, it's again a stable 90ms. It can't be a problem with my internet, it's fine.
What can I do about this?

It has to be your internet. If you don't have great internet your ping will often fluctuate like mine at times. You probably can't do much but possibly try wtfast or something?

VPNs are blocked on the Badlion network. Just wait it out and reset your modem
