I was in a tank match against fked(on my alt because I just woke up and didn't want to lose elo)and when I "died" I didn't respawn I just lost all the items in my inventory and this ->
a few seconds after I stopped recording some archers spawned in the arena and killed me, I didn't catch their names unfortunately.
Edit1:
When I killed John_Spear I saw the same thing happen to him(the death bug), he either left the game, died or was sent to spawn and when that happened I got another message about my "win"
Edit2: Did not realise this when I was writing edit1. I lost my inventory and was left in creative after the fight with John
