Hey guys. So this is going to be one of many threads you are going to see me post right now in the Announcement section. The objective is to try and gather as much feedback from the community on some of our current features and little things we can do to make them better and more enjoyable. We welcome all suggestions, but might strike some of them down saying they require way too much work for the effort. Hopefully most of them are small little quality of life things we can do to make the server easier to use or more fun.Please feel free to /register and signup on our website if you are coming to this thread from Twitter and contribute to the community feedback and discussions!
In this thread I want to talk about the website and what we can do to make it better. I personally think we have one of the most comprehensive websites out of all of the Minecraft community. @Aefunix is already working on a site re-skin and then will be helping us to write an issue tracker to help better organize bugs/ideas. What other ideas would make people want to sign up and partake more actively on the website?

I think there should be some kind of Web-chatI mean, some place where people on the forums can go and chat with other players. For example:

Player1: Hi
Player2: Is badlion down atm??
Player3: Yeah it's down for me.
A blacklisted server has this on their forums, but since it's blacklisted I can't link it, for a better explanation

I saw this
and was wondering what the graph is really showing. I'd really like to see a graph of my last season for each ladder and be able to compare it to other seasons, maybe take average elo from each ladder each day and only they login so it doesn't take way too much space or make this a donator only feature? If I remember correctly then you(MasterGBerry) said that you don't keep backup of matches from old seasons, so you could start saving this into the database and show this for the next season.

I don't really like the top a lot with the black bar. Maybe change the whole website to different colors instead of yellow and black?

To attract more players, badlion should try to advertise multiple things on their server banner when you click multiplayer. It "Skywars beta is now live" . People looking for a server who dislike skywars may not join. You could alternate between what it advertises. For example, arena Pvp, uhc, sg and all the features of badlion's server. This will encourage people looking for a new server to join. Say if I was a player who knew nothing about badlion, and I really liked uhc, the chances of me joining if it said something to do with uhc, I think I would joinPosted on 19 October 2015 - 06:53 PM
A button for posting that isn't "spammable" like the current "add reply" we've got right now; 13 clicks = 1 post instead of 13 clicks = 13 postsQuote tagging; toggle an option for if you wish to receive alerts for being quoted

Some sort of bio/info on profiles that you can fill in, something customisable

Also, you only get a notification if you are tagged. I think if someone quoted something you said to like respond to you but forget to tag you, It notifies you with like "<person> quoted you."EDIT: @Aefonix don't know if you saw this
