How many muted does one have to recieve a ban? Or Perma-Mute?

it depends on the rate more than the number. If you get muted once per day, you'll probably end up with a perma, but if you have 20 over a span of once ever 2 months, you'll probably be okay

As well as that I also think the severity of the mute matters. If you get muted for spam 20 times, you will probably not get perma muted but if you get muted for racism/death threats etc multiple times you will probably be perm muted.
