I can't connect with the ip eu.badlion.net

I live in Italy and to connect to your server I use the ip eu.badlion.it, but it gives me this error https://imgur.com/kTo8STi, I tried to restart the modem, to delete the server and add it back, but I always mistake but if I connect with ip na.badlion.net or with au.badlion.net it logs.you have any suggestions for me? I could play with the other 2 ip but ping would increase by more than 100 food and diventerenbbe almost unplayable because I play in the European arenas and European sg.
please help me.

Ciao, it.badlion.net non esiste. Dato che sei Italiano dovresti usare l'IP "eu.badlion.net" che è l'host più vicino all'Italia (è hostato in Francia)Dimmi se riscontri altri errori.

Molto strano. Credo che l'unica cosa che tu possa fare sia inviare una email ad archybot@Badlion.net con allegato il tuo ip e la situazione spiegata in modo dettagliato.
