Can i be unmuted for the tourney ?

Macca, you are not tourney staff — don't answer on our behalf. It's not your fault for not knowing, but unmuting people for tourneys is something we've done in the past. It was decided that we'd do the same for this tournament. So, yes, if you were permanently muted, we may unmute you for tourneys (at our discretion). Keep in mind that abusing our leniency may result in a more severe punishment.

i was for the tourney then i asked to get muted straight afterwards..
