Flight speed in Spec mode

It gets a little too slow flying around in spec mode sometimes. So my thought is that we can edit how fast we can go. Something like this:

Normal
Speed 1
Speed 2
Speed 3
Speed 4

Spec'ing is usually to spec hackers it's easier to see them without speed so -1
