You guys have been complaining about this and it got out of control tonight. If you have suggestions on what we can do to help the AU community, please post below, otherwise don't complain. 3. Get Your Staff from NZ And AU So it fits both timezones.
4. Get Someone when the database Crashes And people can play anything to fix it. if na crashes you guys try your hardest if au you take your time.

2. most of them are hosts
3. we have staff from both NZ (for EG: me) And AU and even Awst
4. Admins need sleep :) they fix NA when it crashes, because they are able to, they do their best to fix shit when it breaks, please just try remain patient

2. You need some More Hosts (Not Mods And Hosts, Just Hosts). Some NA Hosts have to HOST Au Games? EG AJ (KillJoy)
2.5 maybe have 2 staff on a UHC At once Like 1 Host 2 Mods? That Could help Alot

4.Well then get a AU Admin?
And if there is more UHC That Could Help AU Grow.

I would like Badlion to stop adding servers for example Eu4! and things like skywars which is making this server lag even worse but I would rather you guys work on things that have already been around for a while like the au1, eu1-2, na 1-2 and fix lag problems for example which will be beneficial in the long run for u guys instead of introducing new items to the server work on the problems first please <3 best server though thank you for thisPosted on 26 October 2015 - 01:06 AM

We are regularly hiring new staff members every month. We recently hired 4-5 new AU trials/trainees for UHC/Arena. There are now staff in place that will be able to reboot the server if needed in case this happens again. But I think we've prevented the crashes from happening for now so we shouldn't need to worry about this.
