Anti-Xray
As we all know by now Anti-Xray kills our fps and makes the game virtually unplayable. I know that Anti-Xray is from the surface all the down to bedrock. If you made Anti-Xray only below y:16 (Diamond spawning level)would that improve the fps drop? Just a thought.

Turn off your texture pack and turn render distance to 4

Is there a specific feature in texture packs that cause the lag? Like highlighted ores or something?

Texture packs liven up the game, I always like to use a good UHC pack, and yes the anti xray is killing our fps :(

This.

Using any fancy animations on ores is the factor causing your client lag.

Use default with a highlighted ores pack for caving and when you pvp use your cheeky 512x edit

Problem solved

Its killing my fps. Those that go from 100 fps to 60 fps can barely tell but those of us that START at 40 fps have major problems when we suddenly go down to 20. Recording is impossible, I do agree that there is a need for some sort of anti-xray but this one is making me turn away from the server entirely.

Shouldn't recording be a no no if you're getting 40 fps anyways? ;-;

I love the concept of anti X-ray but I think there should be a way for Badlion to make changes instead of the players changing all their texture packs and settings. You should come up with an Anti X-ray like the guy said before which prevents people from finding diamonds like below y-20 because honetly 60-70% of Badlion is kids that get shitty fps. Anti X-ray helps to stop xrayers but it ruins pvp for a lot of people because of such low Fps. Please try and make a solution where people can still keep up there fPS but stops people from X-raying thanks.

Sorry but Archybot, that is the most bullshit I have heard in a while, I play on render distance 2 all the time, and before you added this shitty cobweb plugin to the anti-xray I have been getting 20 fps on surface/whilst mining. Even when I don't have a texture pack on, I get the same fps, you need to consider the people that have shit PC's and remove the cobweb from this plugin, or as this guy said. Make it compatible under y:16.

- Kind regards, Max

Maybe a good idea would be to turn anti X-ray off inside 100X100 This gives the staff a job + better pvp , Also turn it off after the 1st border tp?

Am I the only one who doesn't see any difference in their game's performance? I get the same framerate as always, 2000+..

Stop right there lol, the only people who see a difference are those with >~100 fps to begin with

I always play on 2 render distance, and I tried to switch to default and there was no difference. I was still getting 20 fps
