Proof: Please check logs, after killing chubbymoose11 twice in ranked match, I asked him how he got to the rank of 1700. Pinja said "boosting redpanda" but I didn't believe him. After that, I got into a ranked game with Verilyx, who is ranked about the same as me, and chubbymoose11 kicked me from the game for "disrespect". I lost 20 ranked vanilla score and after I rejoined, he called me a twat. I then attempted to get Falcoln's Attention by saying "FALCOLN PLEASE PM ME" and chubbymoose11 muted me for 5 minutes for "spam". I am so fucking sick of this trial mod, he has muted me several times before for "Using all caps once" and other completely dumb reasons he would never mute another person for. I would like him to not have the trial mod status if possible, I am sick of this player and so is a lot of the community.

Regardless of this particular incident, there's been no abuse by Chubby. He treats each person fairly and mutes when necessary. Have you considered the possibility that it is your behaviour, and not his, that is leading to you getting muted a lot? Today you did start spamming to get attention, when really iFalcon couldn't do anything about it there and then. You were just making noise for the sake of getting noise.

"so is a lot of the community". There haven't been many complaints about Chubby's actions, except for you. Making false sweeping claims doesn't help your report at all, and if anything just adds to the image I'm seeing of your grasping at straws to fight back at an authority figure. Chubby isn't picking on you, and he's doing everything any other mod would do.

You were kicked immediately after you said your statement. The reason it happened during a ranked match was because you were (un)lucky enough to get a match in the time Chubby was typing. While it is unfortunate that the timing worked out like that, you did make several disparaging comments. As I said, you're getting yourself into these situations. You need to step back and calm down.

This is just my observation. Archy/Adam will deal with any sort of punishment, but as someone who was online at the time I do not think any malpractice was done. The mute is also entirely earned by yourself. You were, to use the less eloquent way of phrasing it, "being a cunt".

My reply:

I would like you to check the logs in between the time it took me to get kicked and the time I asked "how are you rank 1700", because it was not immediate. I don't know if it took him a second to understand what I just said or what, but there was a good 2 minutes in between what happened. I feel it is very unfair I was kicked from the game, instead of muted like usually, Chubbymoose had been observing me going into ranked matches for the last hour, and I'm sure it was no mistake to lower my score as a way of "getting back at me". I am disgusted really at the fact that he offered to ban me for what I did, the fact that I was mad he kicked me obviously didn't register in his skull. Now all the mods seem to agree with themselves on everything, and I find that a bit ridiculous "insertnamehere clearly ffing", and I guess that is okay, but I don't complain about a lot on this server, and the fact that Viprite and Chubbymoose compared me to combodombo is an outrage. Virpirte doesn't help me with anything when I am in game, he doesn't tp when I am stuck with a hacker, he doesn't respond when I have an issue, nothing. All because he resents me after I got proof of his beloved friend "insertnamehere" hacking. I have to literally spam in caps to get his attention, and by the time he responds or tps to help, chubbymoose has muted me for "caps". I'm so disgusted I lost my train of thought, I would like a response to the reason Chubbymoose was allowed to kick me in a ranked game, even though I am aware messing with a ranked game is against the rules, and even hackers are banned after. I would also like a response to the reason of my 1 week temp mute, because although I am upset, I don't "complain about everything" and it upsets me that because I was mad and used all caps to get _ifalcolns attention, I got this 1 week mute.

Mods aren't allowed to punish during ranked matches, they have to wait until after the match.


No he wasn't, he never spectated you the whole time this was going on, nor was he in the same ranked room as you when he kicked you, as we currently log this to find a few last bugs.

As for chubby, I'll talk to him. The 1 week mute was undeserved, and was more threatening to you. This is why there is a trial rank. However, you will sit out your 3 day ban for straight up lying to me in this report. I take the time out of my final week studying to deal with a complaint that has blatant lies with some truth. When you make a complaint in real life, it better be 100% straight truth or you will be punished for it.

I didn't mean in spectator mode or watching me physically, I just meant I had been doing ranked matches non stop for the last 20 minutes or so and he obviously would have realized just by watching the chat that is what I was continuing to do.

^ Viprite got involved at the end and issued mutes and ban warnings to me with chubby, the only reason viprite doesn't like me is because I got video proof of his good friend using click aim bot and his friend almost get perm banned for it. Btw, let me know if you've seen that vid, I'll gladly link you.

Sorry I bothered you at such a stressful time, I'm glad you were able to respond and I'll happily take the three day ban if you still feel it is necessary, I would just like chubby punished and if possible my ranked score set back up to replace the points I lost. I know that isn't possible but I'm still upset about it. Did you see chubby's response in the logs? "Redpanda you think you're so good, a little point loss shouldn't hurt you since you can win it back so easily"

Exactly this, this is why I do not restore points for accidents or allow mods to ban cheaters in ranked matches. Yes, you lose points in error or against a hacker, but if you actually belong there, you'll get the points back easily.

We truly appreciate your support the support that the donators show for the server, as it helps us to pay our bills, our taxes, keep us growing, and keeps me interested in working on this project since I see so many people love the server enough to throw it a few dollars. I had been coding things for years and until I started working on Badlion my business was losing money monthly. Glad to say that I am no longer in the red and finally not paying the server bills out of my pocket.

I didn't ever say I was above the rules of the game because of me donating, I said I shouldn't be kicked mid-ranked match or be insulted by a staff after the support I have shown for the server.

I kicked you 10 seconds after you insulted me a second time. I also did not know you were playing multiple ranked matches, as you had been conversating with me prior to my kick. Also, just because you supported the server does not mean you will be treated nicer to rules. We try to be fair to everyone. Sorry if you feel it is unjust, and I am sorry for making you feel like I should be demoted.

I don't understand the fact that Archy said he was going to talk with you, and 20 minutes later you are promoted to moderator. I really feel Archy doesn't care about this incident and just wants it to blow over :/

He was actually promoted yesterday, it just bugged out. What did you expect me to do, perma ban him while you were in just as much wrong as he was?

The fact is trial is around for him to tread his waters. The fact that he only had one issue, with you (which is understandable because you like to bait staff), and that 1 week mute was indeed authorized by another admin, means he honestly didn't abuse his powers in anyway.

If you don't stop harassing/baiting staff, you'll end up like combodombo (this is why everyone calls you him).
