I just saw this video on a combodombo youtuber but i can't install this #ComboDombo @ComboDombo

You need froge. Start up forge for 1.7.2 then go to appdata, find mods folder in .minecraft, drag and drop 1.7.2 player API and then drag and drop the mod in. I recommend using status effect HUD with it
