Hey guys. I have been hard at work trying to figure out with our datacenter in France what the hell is wrong with our servers. We have done extensive testing for the past two weeks and I today finally have an update. Basically when OVH introduced their new Anti-DDoS services they got way more customers than expected. It seems that the Anti-DDoS system in their GRA datacenter is starting to hit it's peak capacity. Too much traffic going through their system at the moment, which is why we are having random packet loss in EU at the moment (mainly during peak times).The good news is that they are doubling the size of their system and it should be fixed by next Friday. Assuming this is the case we will be having unlimited Ranked Matches on all of next weekend on the ArenaPvP servers. I will give out another update when I have more information to share. This is the first time in a week I have even had any form of a "conclusion" or a status update to give. I am always sharing the information as soon as I have it.
