276*3-34=794
So the next number has to be
794*3-something
Let's look at the numbers that we've subtracted:
4, 6, 10, 18, 34
4+2^1=6
6+2^2=10
10+2^3=18
18+2^4=34
So that means that the next number has to be:
34+2^5=66

And that means that the next number in the sequence is
794*3-66=
2316
