So as most of y'all already know, badlion recently implemented an Anti X-Ray plugin into their UHC servers. This plugin was implemented after great demand for it by the community as well as a preponderance of X-Ray hackers. Hackers that use X-Ray can not be stopped by GCheat and if you play smart you will not be banned for it. It's that simple. There were also a decent amount of false bans for X-Ray as it's impossible to tell 100% that someone is using it, it's a fine line between luck and cheating. As soon as this wonderful plugin was implemented complaints on the forums began building up. People were unhappy with the lag that the plugin causes. If the Anti X-Ray plugin gets removed people will complain about X-Rayers and as soon as it is added back lag threads come up everywhere.

This is not a complaint thread, just a question.

What do you think could be done to solve this issue?

Anti-xray doesn't ban people, and GCheat cannot ban for xray as it is nearly impossible for a machine to determine what is and what isn't xraying. Anti-xray simply makes it so that turning on a pack or activating a client will be ineffective. Not saying how, in case it is meant to be private, but one thing I would say is to not use any fancy texture packs with animated ores. Generally I use a 32x pack and my FPS has still remained at around 90-110 (it fluctuates) even after anti-xray was implemented.
To answer your question, to be honest, anything that Badlion does will have people hating on it. If anti-xray is put on, people complain about lag. If it is taken off, people complain about xrayers.
Even with Skywars, when the owners asked the players what they wanted to see next, they said Skywars. And now they start complaining that they aren't working on things such as EU Arena PvP and UHC lag (might have actually been fixed, just haven't logged on for a few days), and trust me, they sure are or were.
At the moment though, anti xray will NOT be taken off. There is no point about complaining as nothing will come out of it. Not saying that this thread was a complaint, but just addressing the other threads complaining about it.
Things are always going to happen to this server and people may like it or people may not.
By the way, there are no false bans with anti-xray as it doesn't ban in the first place.
