Idea #1- Show global ranking upon joining a ranked matchI think it'd be cool if when you joined a rank match, you could see their ranking like I'm #1 horse so it'd say [#1] or something
Idea #2- Automatically refund elo to a player who lost to someone banned for hacking and remove that elo from the hacker's account (so elo is not duplicated)
Losing 30 elo to a hacker in Build when I'm 2100 and he says "am I gonna be on your next hacker episode?" 'cause he knows he's obvious when he's gonna get gcheated in a week and i still lose that 30 elo
point being that the elo should be refunded
IF IT IS A GCHEAT BAN THOUGH
this way, players who might not have been cheating wont lose their elo

@SuperSandwish @Jamison5_ There haven't been recent false bans, GCheat is a very trustworthy system and at this time it's really unlikely that you'll be false bannedSo this idea remains relevant that gcheated players get their elo returned

RECENT but there been have some but I agree GCheat is pretty good

The elo refund system could easily be abused. Get your friend to drain you 10 times when you're an 1800, then get up to 2100 legit, your friend gets banned and now you have 2300 elo.Posted on 31 October 2015 - 09:40 PM

-1 to the global thing. Players won't really care about that, just the elo for the current ladder as that is what they are playing.I'd enjoy to see the refund idea though, +1
