EDIT: After doing some basic math i realize 5000 is wrong. It's closer to around 8000-9000 hours at this point.
Similar reply to jacub , I'm not great at explaining this, I think the way I ment it is that your really competitive with other servers, like a business is with their competitors, and I find it to be too competitive considering its just a game, and no matter what at the end of the day its a game.

You guys are reading this all wrong. They may still play on blacklisted servers/etc and break these rules, but they are forfeiting a rank that is given to them as a privilege. It's not a right, it hasn't been paid for. It can legally be removed at any given time by admin discretion.Posted on 04 November 2015 - 06:36 PM

Not particularly. We banned the owner of TwittUHC for cheating in a Judgement Day along with thousands of other players. We don't approve of "larger" networks being ran by corrupt administrations and least of all cheaters. I can guarantee that if this were Mineplex there would be a lawsuit already happening against TwittUHC for slander against their business.
In the end I still pour my time and slave over this server, which is why it continues to grow. The more time I put into it the bigger it gets. I do not plan on stopping anytime soon. We have already surpassed thousands of other networks starting from an initial 30 player peak when I first came on board 2.5 years ago. The reality is no other network/server are able to engineer the crazy things that we do such as 750 players on a single Arnea/Kit server or 350-750 player UHC's with as high of a TPS as we do.

I can see the bigger picture now, I still don't agree with some points however I don't believe its worth anything to keep arguing about it. Always happy to explain things and help fill in the gaps. Hopefully others will understand it now a bit better too :)
There is a lot that happens behind the doors of every major network. We try to be transparent where we can though.

Guys, it's their server and by arguing with them about pointless shit, it's not going to get you anywhere.Archy very clearly stated the reasonings behind the blacklists, removal of ranks, etc. My personal opinion is that if these people with special ranks break the rules of the blacklist, it is Badlion's right to take the rank on their server away. I mean, like others said, it's a rank given not only because of your sub amount, but your respect and honesty towards Badlion. If you purposely go against Badlion like that, they have every right to take it away. It's not a right, as said before, it's a privilege.
If you want a rank that badly, buy it like the rest of us, for fucks sake LOL. Besides, it's not like you're getting banned. A rank isn't that much of a deal, you can still play on the server. Just know that you're losing your rank, you're not getting banned. Badlion is a server, and if you disobey their rules, you'll be punished. That's that.
This probably doesn't make sense but whatever ッ

Thanks for explaining it so thoroughly :D @ArchybotAnd also ty so much for all the tome the entire staff team has put in. I got my donator rank recently and hope to use it for a while!

I see no problem as the usage of your logo did not harm your server at all, or aid the blacklisted one. It was all to promote a recreational event with the two servers (and reddit) participating together. Nor reddit nor the blacklisted server saw the members partaking in the recording as representatives of all their server/community. It was merely a fun idea to get people from different backgrounds to play together and was in no means intended to promote one server over another

It's my server, it's my rank. The rank is a privilege, not a right, therefore I make the rules of who gets to have it, who doesn't, and who loses it. If you don't agree to the rules of the rank, don't apply for it.

In what way is that blackmail? Badlion gave them something, they go against the terms/rules for that something, so they get it taken away. That's absolutely fair.

Not at all. It's the same as any terms and conditions you sign when you sign up for a website or signing an employer contract with a company like Coca Cola. If they do not want to abide to our terms and conditions (in this case the rules we have in place) then they do not have to work with our servers and as a result we will "terminate" their contract (in this case the rank). No one is being forced to do something against their will where they have no power or control over the situation (this is blackmail). Anyone who has a rank and wants to play on and advertise these blacklisted servers may do so at any time. They simply need to forfeit their rank.
