So, uh, if a non-paid rank records on a blacklisted server they'll get their rank removed?Pretty much every UHC server other than Badlion is blacklisted now, other than reddit thats currently dying anyway. Just recording/streaming on there shouldn't be not allowed. Maybe if they represent the server in some way, it would be more understandable (such as having VIP ranks etc).

They were not partaking in false representation either as there was nothing official of them representing badlion in any way. The false representation would be the use of the logo (the name is not present either). I can't find the trademark online for your logo (maybe I'm just bad at looking things up).
I'm also confused with the trademark infringement here. They did not use your logo " in relation to products or services which are identical or similar to the products or services which the registration covers." One is a server, one is a multimedia youtube video. If anything It's free advertisment for your server and if you're not okay with it you can request it to be taken down, that's it (as far as I know)
(some things here might be inaccurate, please tell me if what I'm saying is wrong)
In a court of law, I can easily prove that one of the reasons that TwittUHC hosted the recorded round was for free advertisement. You never do anything in this world for total free. Answer me this about your argument. You say Badlion had nothing to do with this is correct? Then why was our logo there in the first place? (The answer is because players were "representing" badlion)

I swear to God if a another person says "it's just a game, no reason to take their rank away just because they play a different server"They already said it like fucking 100 times, it's a game to all of us (players) while to them it's their way of bringing food on the plate.
The special ranks are and have ALWAYS been free, as in they got ranks which some of us have to pay for, while all they did was play on the server and got more popular because of the rank.
I'm gonna say it once again - it's a FREE rank that they were given as a benefit of helping them out, helping out those dorks from Twitt uhc or whatever they're called after them stealing players and cheating on Badlion is obviously unacceptable.
I hope you continue to make posts like these, I truly enjoy you guys interacting with the community to the point of where you'll reply to every single question and accusation.
