Just a suggestion make sure that a persons teamspeak nickname is identical to their minecraft IGN, would make things a lot easier, or even better add the users IGN to their description.
This would be helpful as if a player was being a complete asshole on teamspeak you could drop them a quick ban ;)

This is impossible to enforce as far as I know with the current teamspeak API I have to work with. I'll investigate some more
