So When ever I log onto badlion i see a bull able to talknch of chat that messes with my FPS

So i do /ch settings and it says "Global Chat is now Disabled"

But people are still able to talk in chat and i can see it but when i try to talk it says "Cannot send this message"

Can someone help me (I'm not muted on the server)
