No, I wouldn't be excited. Why? Because I legitimately didn't care about elo until I was in the 1800-1900 range. Plus, does it really matter if you beat a good person? I'm not trying to be a dick, but considering how much more regen the guy ate than his opponent, I'm not sure I'd count that as skill anyways
