lol. Ducky, the only thing i can suggest is try playing non bow ladders (potpvp, gapple, mcsg, ironsoup). Also, most people won't bowspam in skywars, build, or diamond, so try those. It's really bad in uhc and iron. Plus, in build you can always build a wallPosted on 07 November 2015 - 07:45 PM

The only real counter to perfect bow spam is, wait for it, the bow. That is why the bow is such a powerful weapon. Use it correctly and you're essentially untouchable. Some people make the mistake of thinking UHC or Iron are melee ladders, simply because they have a sword. This is wrong. They are bow ladders because there is a bow. That's basically how it goes, if you have a bow (and enough arrows), but no speed pots it's a bow ladder. If there is speed and bows (like in Kohi) then you can just rush anyway it doesn't matter too much.Honestly, even BuildUHC is a bow ladder. If you use your bow expertly you can drain so much of their healing with your arrows, to the point where it doesn't even matter if they are out-hitting you in the melee you're still probably going to win the match. :)
In 1v1 ladders the bow is KING. And bow spam is his way of maintaining his kingdom. I suggest you become a member of the great bow empire and learn the ways of the great bow king. Rather than rebelling and fighting back with your puny melee. If you choose this dark path, you days will be long and hard and your elo will be painfully low. LONG LIVE THE EMPIRE!!!! DEATH TO THE REBELLION!!!!
