The AU UHC turnout may only be 100-150 BUT, most of those players will be interested in a tournament + the people who are strictly arena PvP. I think the main issue with the EU and AU turnout is because not many of them check forums for these tournaments. If you advertise it somehow on the server and tell them to signup on forums, there will be a much bigger turn out.

Also, just to let you know, watch out for the elo manipulators, they might drain their own elo so their first few fights are against like 1300s.
