Simple, the lag is partly caused by NA 4. Look at it right now, probably around 0-20 people online and NA 1-3 AREN'T FULL.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TAKE AWAY NA 4 ITS USELESS AND PROBLEM CAUSING.
