I think ELO manipulation is worthless to the person who is manipulating. For one thing, they are draining themselves JUST SO THEY CAN GET BACK TO THEIR ORIGINAL ELO. In that event, it's basically a waste of time and will get you banned if enough evidence is provided. And also, this is a competitive pvp server. I understand why you want to drain other people's elo. But I do not understand why you want to intentionally lower your own elo.This will be edited if needed.

I may also say, that you can also hack to get your elo back up, as I've seem some 1300's and 1400's do to myself. Not saying any names, because I don't know the names.
