And if somone says he is gulity and admits that he is sory and that he wont hack again why not unban him and give him a secound chance.

How can you tell if someone is being honest or not? Logs don't prove shit.

First - What? He didn't provide any evidence except for showing his youtube channel? Obviously showing a youtube channel isn't enough
Second - Yeah he admitted to using reis minimap which is an allowed mod. He was acting a bit dumb but we still decided to give him the benefit of the doubt
Third - If we had to dig into the logs of everyone who appealed we'd not be done in 2053. We deny appeals unless people are consistent and mature. That's also how it works on any big server. He persisted, I checked his logs and I unbanned him. I'm not really sure how that supports what you said because you just said there is no way to get unbanned unless you say you're guilty.
Fourth - Did you read the full appeal? He actually didn't admit to hacking…
Fifth - Exactly, he proved that he could click in a certain pattern which triggered the ban. I don't see what is wrong with that. Once again he said that he wasn't guilty but he still got unbanned, which is quite the contrary of all you've been saying this entire thread.
The thing that I am trying to prove here is that people who are innocent do still get unbanned. We don't auto deny every appeal.
