My Idea/Suggestion is Build UHC with a Horse.

I mean this would be cool but its bad because a) it would limit arenas/need more arenas and b) lag would be even worse.

YES this is a really good idea. Replace horse, so if your horse dies you can block up and not just get bowspammed for days.
