Well we thought the issues were resolved, but clearly they are not. What is happening is there are packets being dropped from within their datacenter from our BungeeCord servers to our Arena/UHC/SG/Lobby servers. We are investigating solutions at the moment. One of them (quicker and easier) is to migrate all of our servers off the Game Servers at www.ovh.com back to other types of servers which are not experiencing this packet throttling/loss issue. The second option is to look for a new data center which is going to be more expensive and take more time (and more downtime) to switch to.
We will be making a decision tomorrow (Monday) and figure out what we will be doing with the future of our servers.
Edit: We literally can't even do anything today since the sales teams are all closed.

I am a lion donator and I'm willing to pay a extra 100 dollars for the server to be west coast or closer to the west coast so it's not laggy if you move :)Posted on 15 November 2015 - 02:19 PM
