Ok. Another status update post. I am trying to be as transparent with the community as possible about all of the things going on in the background.

TPS Lag Issues on Arena/UHC

tl;dr (too long didn't read) is that I ordered the wrong servers for Arena and UHC. They are being overloaded. This should be fixed within the next day or two at the longest (assuming I can get the hardware I need).

Network Connectivity

From what I have been told by our players and staff that the overall gameplay on the servers is a LOT BETTER than it was a few days ago. We are still obviously having some issues because of the TPS problems mentioned above.

Summary

Hoping to get all of these issues closed up before the weekend. We will most likely be doing unlimited ranked matches during a portion of Thanksgiving weekend and also some form of a Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale (which we have never done) because of all of the recent issues. We are doing everything we can (literally I'm sitting at my computer all day the past few days working on these things). Hang in for a few more days and I promise things will be better than before :)

I just realised what gberry has to do to improve our general happines on the server,and there are STILL those who bitch about lag. I would very much like to see THEM doing all this work. I admire you and the whole Badlion Staff. Great job.
