I'd like to point out that both drag clicking and butterfly clicking have been found to create extra click packets that aren't sent by an actual click. That's what sets off GCheat - the double click check. Here's a video by latiku3 showing what I mean.https://m.

So basically all of your logic is that if I can't do it, ban it.Anybody can drag click or butterfly click, it just takes skill. Banning these clicking methods doesn't cause a lot of complaining (because not many people do it), but imagine if jitter clicking was banned.
The thing about these clicking methods is that it doesn't change the way that you pvp - nor are you cheating or giving yourself an unfair advantage. You don't just start drag clicking or butterfly clicking and magically become God; it takes practice. I had to butterfly click for months to get to 15 cps, and months more to get to 20.
