So, yeah. These two maps are pretty terrible. In the first one, the middle is way too compact leaving for an unfair fight on both ends.
The second one is just a fight to the top of the middle. Whoever gets there first basically wins because you have the high ground advantage and can just snowball them off, or bow them to death.
