My brother (AlexKovic) is playing on Badlion, likes the server and buys Donator. A few days after he gets a ban for no reason, but luckily he was recording and Badlion is a professional network so we were both quite confident he was going to get unbanned after supplying valid proof that he wasn't using any features apart from the mod that allows you to toggle sprint and sneak (which is allowed). But no, the ban appeal (https://www.badlion.net/appeal/thread/23836) gets denied without proof of my bro cheating. The message if almost automated: "Denied, you were cheating.". I'm outrageous that this is the way Badlion treats players. He may have cheated before the video was recorded. Also,remember Mods can check Gcheat logs. Your brother was most likely cheating, and Cavasi probably checked before denying the appeal.How would you treat a cheater?

He most likley was cheating.Becouse cavasi can check the logs,and then he denied the appel.
And as Nicosby said he may got banned for something he done before recording.

The video doesnt seem verry "legit"to me. Your brother doesnt even know how to use a sprint key / fishing rod. And did even Have a water bucket on his barBut even to being the worst player ever he manged to get some pretty dang high CPS wich i cant even get. Combine that with him getting banned for gcheat. its likely that your brother was using an auto clicker / triggerbot form

I assure you your friend is a liar and did in fact cheat on our network. We look at the players' logs. If the logs triggered a false positive (which is extremely easy to tell) the ban will be considered false. If its considered false, they get unbanned and punishment gets removed. Straight away, no questions asked. The reason your friend is still banned today is because he's a cheater and he lied to us attempting to say he's not guilty.
