Mod decided to lock my thread without even letting me reply to the things said. Again a very poor way to treat your players, but oh well I'll just write another I guess?
(Letting my bro, AlexKovic, type this now because he can't reply on banned account).

Then why do most ban appeals (marked as "not guilty") have proof of the logs and mine doesnt? Also, you are already saying I'm a cheater when nothing was proved. Only evidence supplied was proof of me NOT cheating.

I have 1900+ ELO on debuff, played a lot of HCF kinda things, was a well known player in the MCPvP community and played in multiple quarter quells not to mention I've been in the PvP community (mostly soup) since 2011 on my prev account. High CPS is done by a combination of jitterclick and mouseabuse (search on youtube, used to be very popular to refill soups but can also be used in fights to get important hits) which gets me about 30 CPS for a period of 2 seconds, jitterclick is arround 15 CPS. Also, a triggerbot hits only when someone is aiming at a player… please don't post things you don't know about.

I assure you your friend is a liar and did in fact cheat on our network. We look at the players' logs. If the logs triggered a false positive (which is extremely easy to tell) the ban will be considered false. If its considered false, they get unbanned and punishment gets removed. Straight away, no questions asked. The reason your friend is still banned today is because he's a cheater and he lied to us attempting to say he's not guilty.

I've been developing plugins for over 4 years and have already made my own anti-cheat. It's 10x better than GCheat (but is that's really an achievement? We're talking about GCheat here lol). Buy it if you want ;) (jk dont get mad)

The "facts" you're talking about have still not been proven, the only evidence supplied is a video of me clearly not cheating… A fact is something that has been proved so you might aswell do that or your statement is incorrect.

Is there any way of me getting into TS with a Mod to talk about this matter? I feel like I'm being treated unfairly just because a system no code is known from banned me. I didn't cheat, I guess that's clear in the video. No aimbot, forcefield, anti-knockback, fastheal,… was used that's clear I hope. The only other thing I've heard was high CPS which I've already explained (mouseabuse and jitterclick). Not to mention absolutely no evidence has been shown from Badlions side.

Please show me where in the rules it says mouseabuse isn't allowed.
And the quality of your anticheat has nothing to do with how many players it has banned. It's about the ratio between hackers, banned players and (most importantly) falsely banned players.

Use common sense that clicking which double clicks (or even triple clicks) is not allowed

Yes, I didn’t even mention because it was supposed to be obvious, the GCheat ratio is better than you can even think of

Mods are not allowed to post the GCheat logs on Appeals anymore, so that clients makers can't tell how GCheat works. We used to post logs in the past, though. If you're appeal was declined, that means our Mods checked the GCheat logs and found out your brother actually set off some checks.
If you cheat, GCheat will notice and will start creating logs.
If you get banned,and then appeal, a mod will check if you set off any checks (which means there are logs). Since your appeal was denied, I'm assuming there were indeed some logs for that account. Therefore, your brother was hacking.
Also, your evidence of him not hacking is really stupid and doesn't prove he has never hacked.

I suggest you familiarize your self with the server rules before continuing.
The reason your threads are getting locked is because you aren't following the rules we have in place. Keep the content of your ban to a ban appeal, we do not permit the discussion of someone's ban outside of a ban appeal, certainly not on the public forum sections.
