Sadly I don't have proof, but I have seen a player with an enchanting table in a game I hosted, at 00:00:45He spawned in a village and got all the stuff from the chest in the black Smith and a book from the library.
Super OP way to start a game :P
Still, 2 mins is impressive, I hardly even get enchants in a whole game at all :P

I've gotten enchanted at 5 minutes before, because I had to make a diamond pick axe and mine obsidian. Not even close to 15 seconds though lol.Posted on 27 November 2015 - 10:36 AM
I've had 2 games where I spawned near a village and was able to be enchanted within 2 minutes. It throws me off though and I end up doing worse then I normally would xD
