In summer 2012 my primary SMP server 'Odyssey' started to lose its members, so it merged with 'Battlecraft'. Battlecraft was amazing because of their raiding system, making it the Nr. 1 in the beta 1.3-1.7 days. It's not anything like factions or teams. We used actual redstone locks. You needed to crack them to get into somebodies base. But as minecraft got bigger, hacked clients and xray became popular, and the same goes for knowledge. People got smart which lead to uncrackable locks which lead to even more xray. On the other hand, this is how I became familiar with PVP. This was definately the best minecraft time I have ever had, with the best community a server can ever have.
