So I was just doing some normal build matches and I go against this 1200 I get hit down to half health then my character just starts moving slower then normal slower then walking (I wasn't shifting so no don't say that) and I basically die after that *Discaimer* I'm not asking for the elo back I've gotten it back anyways still annoying not sure if this has happened to anybody else or it could just be me

i suppose your opponent could've picked a slowness potion off the ground

No it was definitely slower then that
